1 Program overview
A Access
Waiting for access
People who tried to sign in and were turned away. Admitting adds them to the allowlist - they simply request a link again and it works. Nothing is emailed from here.
Invite people
Paste one or many addresses - commas, spaces or one per line. We'll try to email everyone an invitation - if delivery fails for someone, the result will say so and you can use Resend. If their email domain belongs to an organization we already know, they are added to it and licensed automatically.
Who can sign in

Find anyone in the program by name or email to see their per-track progress and manage them - reset an exam cooldown or progress, revoke or restore a certificate, approve a consultant, or grant/remove admin.

5 Manage customers
Register a customer organization by domain, allow an individual address to sign in without sending an invitation, or move someone to a different organization. Removing a customer or email blocks new sign-ins.
2 Assign a course
Assigns to everyone currently in the organization. To pick individual people, open the organization under Customers & users.
3 Course availability
Choose which courses learners in an organization may start on their own. This does not remove anyone from a course they have already started, and a course you assign is always available whatever is ticked here.

7 Add an MSP partner
Enter a partner's email domain to license it and create their MSP organization. The MSP can then have customers added under it and admins invited to it, and anyone who signs in with that domain is placed in this MSP org. Next step: after adding the MSP, invite its admin below (section 9, level "MSP admin") so they can manage their own customers and users - then they are off to the races. Access to the program is included with Synthreo licensing; only listed domains can sign in.

Invite someone and grant them admin. They receive a one-time sign-in link by email. A Synthreo platform admin manages everything; an org admin manages only that organization and its customers.
