Wingtip Results, Sharing, and the Library

Get work out of Wingtip - download deliverables, export documents to Word or PDF, publish shareable links, reuse templates, and share via the Library.

What you’ll accomplish

You’ll get finished work out of a Wingtip session - as downloads, exports, published links, or reusable templates - and know where everything is collected.

Downloading deliverables

Inline artifact cards. Files Wingtip generates appear in the conversation as cards with a Download action.
The rail’s Files panel. A slim icon strip on the right edge of the Wingtip page opens Files, listing everything in this session’s workspace - your documents and what Wingtip generated - with preview, download, and sharing on each row and a search box above them. Upload files adds inputs to the workspace (50 MB per file). Before the session has produced anything it reads “No files yet.”
Office and PDF files (docx, pptx, xlsx, pdf) open in the resizable right-side Preview pane before you download.

The same strip also has a Templates panel and, where your organization has it, a OneDrive panel for attaching cloud files without re-uploading them.

Exporting the live document

When Wingtip builds a document, it renders as a live draft you can edit by hand right in the session. Its Download menu exports Word (.docx), PDF (.pdf), Markdown (.md), or HTML (.html), and Copy puts the formatted document on your clipboard.

Publishing a shareable link

HTML deliverables (pages, apps, reports) can be published publicly:

Open the deliverable in the Preview pane and select Open in browser.
Wingtip publishes it and confirms: “Published - anyone with the link can open this page. Use Unpublish to revoke it.”
Three controls appear: Open, Copy (the share link), and Unpublish.

Anyone with the link can view the page - treat published links like any public URL. Unpublish revokes access immediately: “Share link revoked. The public page is no longer reachable.”

Reusing work: templates

Templates are managed in the rail’s Templates panel, which covers both kinds without leaving the conversation:

Dashboard templates. Save a dashboard you like with Save current view as a template in the Preview pane, then start a future session from it with the start screen’s Template option, or use it in the current chat from the Templates panel. Built-in ones are marked (preset). A generated deck can be captured the same way with Save as template.
Document templates. Upload a branded .pptx, .potx, .docx, or .xlsx (up to 25 MB) and Wingtip starts documents from your layout and branding.

Deleting a template removes it for everyone and can’t be undone - the confirmation says so.

The Library

Library in the Wingtip sidebar opens a sharing-centric hub with three views: Your library (documents you own, which you can share with coworkers or the whole organization), Organization (documents shared with everyone in your organization), and Shared with you (documents specific people shared with you). You can preview items in any of the three views and switch between a List and a Cards layout. Sharing is offered on Your library only - the things you own - and dashboards open rather than download, since they have no file to save.

Library is a per-organization capability: if your operators have turned it off, the sidebar row is not shown.

If it didn’t work

“No files yet.” The session hasn’t produced files - deliverables appear as the work completes.
No “Open in browser” on a deliverable. Publishing applies to HTML deliverables, and both the publishing and the live-preview capabilities can be disabled by your organization.
A published link stopped working. Someone selected Unpublish, which revokes the page immediately.
