Tools and application permissions in Synthreo — configure which Builder agents, ThreoAI Custom GPTs, and platform features each user or role can access within a tenant.
Users have access to three core tools in Threo for handling user access, configuring AI agents, and building custom GPT-like experiences.
ThreoAI
Section titled “ThreoAI”ThreoAI is an AI chatbot. It can understand and respond to text input in a conversational way, similar to ChatGPT. It’s powered by a large language model (like GPT-4) that’s been trained on vast amounts of information, allowing it to answer questions, follow instructions, and handle a wide range of topics.
Tenant Management
Section titled “Tenant Management”Tenant Management allows you to manage multiple client environments independently. Each tenant acts as a separate workspace for a specific customer, with its own set of AI agents, data, configurations, and users. You can add, remove, or update users within each tenant, ensuring the right people have access to the right environment.
Builder
Section titled “Builder”Builder is a no-code/low-code tool for building and configuring AI agents using a guided interface. It lets you define agent behavior, set up logic and workflows, and even coordinate multi-agent interactions—without writing complex code. A new feature for prompt-based agent configuration is coming soon.
