ThreoAI Marketplace

The Marketplace is your central hub for discovering and launching AI Agents and Custom GPTs that have been made available by your organization’s administrators.

Accessing the Marketplace

There are three ways to open the Marketplace:

1. In the left sidebar, click Explore Marketplace at the top of the sidebar (under the Marketplace section header).
2. Navigate directly to https://threo.synthreo.ai/#/marketplace.

Note: Explore Agents in the sidebar opens a dedicated AI Agents directory page (#/explore-agents) — a separate view from the Marketplace that shows all available agents with individual Use Agent → buttons and a search bar.

Marketplace Layout

The Marketplace page is organized as follows:

Search

A Search in marketplace… bar at the top lets you filter agents and GPTs by name or keyword.

Filter Tabs

Three tabs let you filter what’s shown:

• All — Shows both AI Agents and Custom GPTs sections together (default view)
• AI Agents — Shows only the AI Agents section
• Custom GPTs — Shows only the Custom GPTs section

AI Agents Section

Displays pre-built AI agents deployed by your organization’s administrator. Each agent card shows:

• A numbered position in the list
• The agent’s icon
• Agent name and a short description
• Creator attribution (“By Synthreo Inc.” or your organization’s name)
• A sidebar toggle eye icon — click it to add or remove the agent from your left sidebar:
  • Blue eye (👁️) — agent is currently pinned to your sidebar (appears in the AI Agents section)
  • Strikethrough eye (🚫👁️) — agent is not in your sidebar; click to add it

Custom GPTs Section

Displays Custom GPTs that have been shared and made available in the marketplace by your organization. These work identically to the Custom GPTs in your My GPTs list.

Starting a Conversation from the Marketplace

Click any agent or GPT card to open its detail panel. The panel shows:

• The agent’s icon and name
• Created by attribution
• Region and Type (e.g. Builder Agent)
• Description (if configured by your admin)
• A Start Chat button

Click Start Chat to open a conversation with that agent or GPT. The chat view loads with the agent ready for your first message.

The chat view shows:

• The agent’s icon and name at the top
• Any conversation starters configured for the agent (suggested prompts to help you get started)
• The standard chat input at the bottom

Type your message and press Enter to begin the conversation.

How Marketplace Access Works

The agents and GPTs visible to you in the Marketplace are controlled by your organization’s administrator through Tenant Management. An administrator can:

• Add AI Agents from the Synthreo catalog to your organization’s marketplace
• Share Custom GPTs with specific users or groups by creating access rules in Tenant Management
• Remove or restrict access to agents at any time

If you need access to an agent or GPT that is not visible in your Marketplace, contact your organization’s ThreoAI administrator.
